Margy has lived in KC most of her life offering expertise throughout much of the city.  She strives to make all clients feel like they are her one-and-only so expect plenty of communication and attention!  With 16 years of experience and growth in her business, Margy now has a partner, Briana Van Deusen! Together they are Ronning Van Deusen Homes.  Their creativity in marketing, negotiation skills, analysis of pricing, and the home buying process offers you an incredible experience.  Margy is certified in At Home with Diversity, offering additional proficiency in our multicultural world.  Her philosophy at the closing table is “This may be the end of the home process, but the beginning of a friendship!” 

When not working, Margy enjoys being with family, friends and her golden retrievers, Teddy and Jasper. Her favorite to-do’s are hiking, snow skiing, canoeing and bike riding!
